For Renee and her Josephine

This painting is dedicated to sweet Renee of http://circlingmyhead.blogspot.com/. Her loving daughter,
Angelique has posted on Renee's blog with the stage of
illness her mother is now in. I am very saddened to say she
is not doing well.

I felt even more heartache when I saw that Angelique had
posted about Renee and her special relationship with her
granddaughter Josephine.

Renee asked me to create an advance birthday gift for Josephine
not long ago. I will be sending it out to Angelique soon. I know
Renee would want her Josephine to receive her gift. A hand-stitched
banner that she wanted to hang in Josephine's new bedroom.

My heart goes out to Angelique and her family. You are an angel, Renee.
My thoughts and prayers are with you. Thank you for always being an inspiration to us all!

  18. I too am sadden by the latest news. I really thought that Renee, her charm, her wit, her love for art and life and her blog would continue on forever.
It angers me when this dreadful monster takes lives from their loved ones especially knowing it let me live.
Josephine will love your beautifully made banner and see all the love your put in it!
    Thanks for sharing with us.

  22. The painting is perfect Lisa and the banner is wonderful. A bright spot amidst so much sadness for Renee and her family. I'll be glad when God takes action and ends suffering and death as promised (Rev 21:3&4) Untill then we can keep on supporting one another.
