Etsy Shop Opening!

I finally opened an Etsy Shop! I'll be adding more goodies soon! Come and visit when you can! :)

Sew Busy

Here are the pillow quilt ornies I've been working on since being away from blogland. Completely handstitched and created using altered prints of my original paintings. Embellished with fabrics, felts, sequins, beads, ribbons, jingle bells, & jute hangers. Stuffed with polyfil and finished off with a blanket-stitch trimmed with yarn. Sizes range from 3.5" in diameter to the largest at 5" in diameter.

Ta da! I love to stitch, as you may already know. It's such a relaxing thing for me to do. I'm currently working on some other stitching projects as well as some new paintings. Keep watch!

I hope to list a couple of these ornies for sale this week.

Creative Blessings,
Lisa :)

You are Loved

Photobucket

Sometimes I find myself torn between crafts, especially when it comes to stitching and painting. They are my two favorites afterall. That's why I like to incorporate them both whenever possible. Combining both artsy worlds at the same time makes me a happy crafter. And also it helps relieve my creative fix that I need to feed every now and then.
