Art Journal Entry

I try my best to create in my art journal whenever I can, but time
usually is a big factor on that one. Last night though, I was able
to finally open some pages and have fun.

Sometimes I get inspired with a certain word, a quote,
a song and even a dream. And many times it may all
just depend on how I'm feeling at the moment.

So, what was I thinking when I created this? I'll leave it
up to your imagination.

Creative Blessings,
Lisa :)

  14. Lovely, and I think the promise of Spring was your inspiration, however maybe your thoughts expanded on this to the promise of what life holds?

  16. Wow, Lisa, this is just beautiful! I think you were thinking of spring and the earth's renewal. The woman appears to be a goddess. And the insides of the flowers, to me, also resemble bird's nests w/eggs - again symbolizing birth and the joyous celebration of springtime. A time of innocence and youth. :) Theresa

  18. Hmmm, I think you're thinking that it's *almost* spring here in our beloved Golden State, and that you're tired of all this dreary gray weather...? No? Maybe that's just me, hahaha...

You're blue lady is just gorgeous, so serene. The wee one in the corner is so pretty, I love her big floppy hat.

    Have a wonderful day!

  19. As I was scrolling through the list of blogs that I follow. I came across your post...your art work is always wonderful to view but this time it was the word "bloom" that made me stop in and leave a comment. It really speaks to me on several levels and..hello...it is part of the name of my business and blog...Blooming Ideas. Beautifully done Lisa.

  23. Very beautiful, I love the blue in unexpected places.
My take is you were blue, then love bloomed and you aren't so blue, but worried, if it is true or not. Spring has sprung and hope springs eternal
and perhaps, this is The One!
