Patience is a Virtue
2.5" X 3.5" on decorative paper
This is an older ACEO (Art Cards, Editions & Originals) created and sold last year.
Patience is a virtue. Something I have to remind myself about all the time. I'm setting up shop in another room in my house. Lots to do, so little time. Besides that, I am working on a swap for my Halloween group on ebay as well as two other group challenges.
Halloween is definitely a favorite holiday for me. More spOOky cuties coming soon!
Have a great weekend!

Unlock Your Heart

This sweet angel has a body caged heart longing to be freed.
The plaque has an inner frame border that is raised.
A tiny key charm centers a metal plate that I have nailed directly onto the plaque.

Faith

Textured, sanded, & distressed for a prim appearance.
Created using oil pastels & acrylic paints. Protected with a semi-gloss finish.
I sketched her out over a month ago and I finally got her painted. I can't help it, but my creative to do list keeps piling up on me. Don't you just hate that?
I tried to put her up on ebay tonight but it didn't go as planned. She'll be up on ebay late tomorrow afternoon.

Hocus Pocus
This cute witch painting has a shortened version of my original "Spell to Life's Happiness" created a couple of years ago. I've included this spell in a couple of art pieces, one of them is shown in an earlier blog.
Troubles be gone,
Worries move on,
Blessed be thee,
Remove strife & stress,
Heed my call now,
For my Life's Happiness!
8" X 8" X 1.5" deep on stretched canvas
The sides have been painted and are staple-free.
This close-up shows the sleeping moon that dangles from her hat.
Waving her magical wand high as she says the spell!
Created using ink, oil pastels, stamps, metallic, & acrylic paints.
Keep watch for more spell creations to come!

Our 1st Ever Collaboration Painting!
Mr. & Mrs. Lectura*creations presents:
"Trick or Treat Trail"
11" X 14" on stretched canvas
It has probably happened to most of us on the night of All Hallow's Eve, the trick or treat trail is full of welcoming houses to visit, but every now and then a house looks too spooky to even give into your sweet tooth.
A cute little costumed witch holds onto her pumpkin pail so tight, not even her magic wand can make her brave without a fright. Will she follow the trail below and find more treats to add, or will the keepers of this house make her scared and sad?
What do you think?
Created using ink, oil pastels, metallic, & acrylic paints.
Keep Watch! This will be up for auction on ebay tomorrow evening!
